The Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex design-build/engineer-procure-construct (DB/EPC) projects with a primary focus on data centers and mission-critical facilities. This role oversees all aspects of project execution—including contract administration, engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management—with an emphasis on delivering high-quality, large-scale data center projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The Project Manager will lead integrated teams, coordinate directly with enterprise clients, and ensure seamless execution across design, procurement, and construction. This position may require on-site presence at project locations and supervision of field operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manages integrated Design-Build (DB)/Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams from project inception through completion, including during pursuit phase if requested
