Activities
- Lead and manage drilling and grouting projects, including anchors, micropiles, and ground improvement works, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Plan, organize, and oversee all site operations, including mobilization, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and technical specifications are met.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and technical submittals related to drilling and grouting activities.
