Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Housing Development, the Project Manager, Design and Construction is part of the Housing Development team guiding Breaking Ground’s portfolio of architecturally significant supportive and affordable housing from implementation through the design process, construction, project and turnover to the Property Management team.





T ravel with in the five boroughs of NYC will be required.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:




+ Support the Design and Construction and Program Development tea ms o n all aspects of new and existing projects

+ Manage contractors, vendors, and professionals towards successful project completion

+ P repare feasibility analyses regarding zoning and design for acquisition opportunities

+ Recruit and prequalify architects and contractors

+ Work collaboratively with all members of the Real Estate Development team on n...
