We are seeking a Project Manager – Contracts Specialist to lead strategic projects while owning end-to-end contract execution and compliance. This hybrid role combines project delivery discipline with deep contracts expertise to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and under sound commercial terms. You will manage timelines and stakeholders, while also drafting, negotiating, and governing contracts with vendors, partners, and service providers in a regulated banking/enterprise environment.

• Lead cross‑functional projects from initiation to closure using Agile or Waterfall methods. Develop project plans, manage scope, budget, resources, and risks. Drive stakeholder alignment across IT, Legal, Procurement, Risk, and Business units. Report status, KPIs, and escalations to senior management.
