Job Description
OPERATIONSSUPPORT
- AdministerProject Management resources to assist the operations to
- Incorporateconstructability inputs from the operations in design drawings
- Ensurethe timely receipt of design drawings for subcontractor tender
- Attendthe respective site meetings on a monthly basis
- Ensurethat the site managers/ engineer attend their respective design meetingson a monthly basis
- ConductClient design kick-off meetings for assigned projects and subsequently,monitor such follow-on meetings
- Conductinternal design meetings for assigned projects and subsequently, monitorsuch follow on meetings
- Prepareand attend pre-construction meetings with Business Development andOperations for assigned projects
- Co-chairinternal design review meetings with Project Management for assignedprojects
- Conductmonthly Client project-update meetings for assigned projects
