Job Title : Project Manager

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee residential HVAC projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects while supporting the Installation Manager.

This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without constant supervision. The successful candidate will act as a key link between homeowners, builders, installation crews, and office staff to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role may require answering phone calls outside regular business hours on occasion, as well as occasional evening and weekend work.
