If you're a Project Manager who enjoys owning a job from early design conversations through to defects, this will feel like a good fit.

You won't be handed a rough set of drawings and told to just deliver. You'll be involved from the front end, working alongside design, shaping methodology and setting the job up properly. Once on site, you'll carry it through to completion and defects, keeping standards high and clients confident.

The first project is a $2.5m commercial D&C fitout across multiple floors in the CBD. You'll have a dedicated Site Manager on this job, allowing you to focus on programme, cost control, stakeholder management and overall delivery. As projects vary, there will be times you step closer to site, so you need to be comfortable getting involved when required.
