Job Description
An Insight Global client is hiring Project Managers for a 3-year engagement to oversee multiple fast paced, multi site ground up kitchen and restaurant construction projects. This role is heavily focused on building and opening food service environments, making prior experience in restaurant or kitchen construction, openings, and health inspections a strong indicator of success. Each project typically last around 6-9 months & each PM can expect to manage 3-4 projects at any given time with the ability to scale up additional concurrent projects dependent on scheduling and phase overlap. The role requires strong ownership, organization, and comfort managing parallel workstreams from early planning through closeout. 20% of time will be dedicated to pre-construction planning and coordination, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
