The Project Manager diligently leads utility-related projects to completion within defined scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining a thorough understanding of project risks and financial performance. This role manages the overall client relationship, addressing technical, financial, and logistical issues as they arise, and evolves into a dual “seller/doer” position by both developing new work and delivering successful projects. The Project Manager plays a key role in identifying target market opportunities, developing marketing plans, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with clients, internal management, and project teams.
