Role Summary: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects within budget, timelines, and quality standards, while managing stakeholders and site teams.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities from concept to handover.
• Prepare budgets, allocate resources, and ensure cost control.
• Conduct site visits, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
