Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support planning and execution of facilities development and infrastructure projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and engage stakeholders for renovation and rejuvenation projects.
Lead design development, project procurement, and construction implementation.
Manage consultants, contractors, and project delivery timelines.
Liaise with authorities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare project reports, presentations, cost estimates, and meeting minutes.
Requirements:
Min. Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
Min 3-5 years of project management experience in A&A, infrastructure, or construction projects.
Min. 2 years of healthcare or commercial project experience.
