Role Overview:
PMO Operations & Analytics Support
This role is responsible for managing and executing key PMO operational activities , ensuring smooth project lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. PMO Operations
Manage Quest activities, including:
Project creation
Resource allocation and replacement
Project closure
Raise and manage Purchase Requests (PRs) for:
Project requirements
RAM upgrades
Events
Coordinate with L&D team for training planning and execution
Handle fresher hiring requirements in collaboration with the campus team
Follow up with Delivery Managers (DMs) for:
Client approvals
Updating the Invoicing Readiness Scorecard
2. Operational Activities:
Track and follow up on:
Timesheets
Compliance requirement...
