Job Description
Sourcing, Compiling & Procuring FCL OOG/UC/RORO/BBK rates from Operators & Equipment owners).
. Responsible of managing a team of direct reports
. Quoting FCL IG rates to existing/new Corporate & SME Energy Clientele.
. Taking in job/shipment orders, clarifies scope with Clients and subcontractors and places proper booking with various subcontractors and follow up on the status/milestones.
. Coordinates job/shipment administration & operations with Clients and
Subcontractors to ensure fulfilment/excellence of awarded job scope.
. Compiling of raw data for various management reports.
. Oversight on shipment/job data entry and Energy/client code alignment.
. Preparation of Shipping Instructions, Permits, Tradenet/Portnet entries & ISF Filings.
