Overview

Job Title: Project Leader/Quantity Surveyor

Location: Cape Town, South Africa

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader/Quantity Surveyor to join client’s team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, project management, and construction cost control. The successful candidate will be responsible for the managing, delivering, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the WCGDol programme. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence with cashflow and programme
  • Draft and review cashflow and programme
  • Meet deadlines
  • Keep the server up to date
  • Ensure that all documentation is filed 
  • Manage procurement
