The position plays a key role in analyzing product service cost and business capacity planning, improving operational processes, and delivering projects that support operational excellence within the CS organization.
Role and responsibilities
CS Product Service Cost Management
Maintain and update CS cost datasets on a daily basis.
Analyze cost data based on key drivers such as labor, parts, and other factors.
Prepare cost performance analysis reports.
Provide actionable cost insights to key stakeholders to support operational improvements.
Respond promptly and accurately to costβrelated inquiries from local and global stakeholders.
