Eaton is currently seeking a Project Industrialization Engineer to join our team in Casablanca, Maroco. ​

**What you’ll do:**

+ Lead the successful execution of projects related to New Product Introduction (NPI) and project transfers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
+ Provide clear direction to cross-functional teams, particularly on customer requirements, scope changes, and risk management.
+ Ensure the consistent application of standard program management processes, validating their effectiveness in supporting project execution.
+ Coordinate project reviews, track performance, and prepare regular program metrics and reports to monitor progress.
+ Deliver periodic Project Status Reports, highlighting progress against contractual milestones and identifying risks related to technical, cost, and schedule performance.
