• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise all construction activities
• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Lead coordination with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and standards
• Monitor project progress and reports to Operations Manager and COO
• Prepare and submit weekly accomplishment reports to the client
• Lead project meetings and provide executive updates to management
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions
• Oversee material delivery, usage, and inventory on site
• Review and validate subcontractor accomplishments and billings
• Ensure quality control and proper workmanship at all stages

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
