Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for project finance transactions
• Assist with financial structuring and feasibility analysis of infrastructure and energy projects
• Support transaction execution processes, including due diligence and investor engagement
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and transaction-related documentation
• Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and scenario modelling
• Engage with lenders, investors, legal teams, and other project stakeholders
• Perform market and industry research to support strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Finance degree preferred
• 2–5 years’ experience within:
  • Project Finance
  • Corporate Finance
  • Investment Banking
  • Infrastructure Finance
  • Renewable Energy Finance
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
