Caring Transitions San Diego Part-Time (25 hrs/week to start) Caring Transitions San Diego is seeking a structured, decisive Project & Field Operations Manager to oversee daily execution of our move and auction projects throughout San Diego County.

This is a field-based leadership role focused on project execution, staff accountability, and operational discipline.

You will ensure jobs run efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with scope while maintaining awareness of labor efficiency and project margins.

You will report directly to ownership and play a key role in strengthening operational structure as the company continues to grow.

This is not a remote position and requires applicant to reside within San Diego County.
