Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting project manager/senior project manager in managing project assigned
- Managing and ensure project assigned progress within timeline and budget
- Preparation of Project Documentation (Project Schedule, weekly progress report, weekly meeting minutes, pre-con survey report, completion report, OMM and etc)
- Preparation of Documentation for site works (Application of PTW, Insurance and etc)
- Preparation of tender document when required
- Assist QS to call quote and conduct site survey with contractor/sub-vendor including reviewing contract before issuance of PO
- Perform site coordination, client coordination and conduct weekly meeting with sub-vendor, client and internal team
- Any works related to project progress and until project closure
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or Construction-related field.
