Job Title: Project Executive-Commercial Construction Projects
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $1,400,000.00 - $1,750,000.00
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid β onsite and remote
Overview
The Project Executive for Integrated Solutions - Delivery is responsible for Contract execution, Client satisfaction, business development, contract negotiations with vendors/subcontractors, employee development, responsible for the financial performance of large and/or multiple projects, and promoting the company culture
Responsibilities
+ Manage all project team members including Project Administrators, Project Accountants, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents across multiple projects and geographies.
+ Champion project safety and risk management initiatives to ensure a secure work environment.
