Position Overview:
A fortune 100 aerospace company is seeking Lead or Senior Project Engineers (Program Integration Managers – PIMs) to support urgent and long‑term development, production, and fleet support challenges across the Puget Sound region. This is a high‑visibility, technically demanding leadership role responsible for driving resolution of complex, cross‑functional issues that directly impact airplane delivery and certification commitments. The PIM serves as a technical integrator and problem solver, providing technical, business, and integration leadership across multiple organizations and disciplines, often in ambiguous situations with limited direction.
