Project Leadership & Delivery:

  • Take full ownership of assigned projects from initiation through to completion and handover — scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder managemen
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes
  • Prepare project plans, milestones, and resource requirements for review and approval by the Strategic Project Manager
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and deviations — escalate with proposed solutions before they become critical
  • Manage project budgets — track committed costs, actual spend, and forecast to completion; flag variances early
  • Ensure all project deliverables comply with Lotus Bakeries standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable HSE guidelines
