Project Engineer (Retrofit of Energy Consuming Systems in Commercial and Industrial Buildings) and Consultancy

• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project schedules
• Design consultancy and project management for equipment retrofits
• Uphold the safety standards for projects and maintenance according to company requirements or better
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance and overhaul programmes
• Perform data analysis and evaluate equipment performance & system with respect to design intention
• Initiate energy‑saving proposals to optimise equipment operations and control strategies
