Job Description Job Description Position Summary The role of the Mechanical Project Engineer is the primary technical point of contact between Methanex and the project contractors for the coordination of mechanical engineering, design and procurement of the project assets, coordinating the review, approval and implementation. During the development of projects, they may also perform engineering tasks including engineering analysis of drawings, system and functional requirements, hazard analysis and vendor performance specifications, in the mechanical disciplines. This will involve collaborating with multiple partners from all levels of the organization to determine data and requirements for technical solutions.
