JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Project Engineering & Contractual Management(Approx. 80%)

• Tender & Costing Support: Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and the preparation of accurate quotations and commercial documents for project tender submissions.
• Financial & Claim Tracking: Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, manage Variation Orders (VOs), and handle the finalization of project accounts.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate effectively with client representatives, consultants, project managers, and site teams to facilitate smooth, uninterrupted project progress.
• Site & Progress Management: Attend site meetings for progress coordination, collaborative problem-solving, and decision-making to drive successful project completion.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Liaison: Manage subcontract issues, fabrication timelines, and logistics from time to time.
