Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in the construction of large commercial and industrial facilities for international blue-chip clients. They are currently seeking a Project Director from a turnkey construction background to oversee their Data Centre division across Europe, based in Madrid.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring the performance, design development, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through to project completion

  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary international teams, managing the technical and commercial elements, and playing a pivotal role in maintaining and growing client relationships

  • Directing and coordinating design activities, including optimising technical solutions, controlling project milestones, and supporting technical excellence
