Job Description

Dornan are currently recruiting for a Project Director to work on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Belgium.

This exciting new role will oversee construction on a hyperscale Data Centre and will report to the Business Unit Director.

About you.

  • 10-15 years’ experience in senior construction positions
  • High project value experience (€100M+), ideally having worked on Hyperscale Data Centres
  • Qualified in Electrical or other Construction discipline
  • Excellent stakeholder management and people management skills

    • About the role

  • Develop business plan, cost control system, cash flow and billable schedules for the project
  • Produce procurement plan, drawing / design plan, construction programme, s-curve and histogram.
  • Liaise with client and design team on procurement and engineering issues.
  • Develop project safety and quality plans.
