Job Description

Chemelex is a global leader in electric thermal and sensing solutions. This role provides specialized, dedicated support to the Project Management team on EPC and HMS projects, with responsibilities spanning project administration, procurement coordination, and overall project support activities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems at customer facilities, ensuring all required EHT materials are on site and available to maintenance personnel.
• Track and coordinate work orders for materials, working closely with project accounting for accurate and timely invoicing.
• Maintain detailed Bills of Materials within the customer's financial system, ensuring all materials ordered are documented against the appropriate work order.
