Job Description
Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator supports the successful planning and execution of civil and structural engineering projects by coordinating project activities,
assisting Project Managers, and ensuring timely communication among internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. This role plays a key part in
maintaining project schedules, documentation, and overall project organization throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects
+ Coordinate project activities between engineering teams, contractors, clients, and vendors
+ Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
+ Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, change orders, and meeting notes
