To communicate with befrienders and beneficiaries of the ElderAid. Liaise with the befrienders, beneficiaries and community stakeholders to establish and maintain an effective befriending programme.

• Assist in strengthening SRC’s role in the local community, specifically in the Red Cross Community Hub.
• Work closely with Sr/Executive of the ElderAid programme and Dy/Head on the development and progression of the befriending programme in the various districts.
• Collaborate with grassroots, government and non-government agencies on the development and management of both the befrienders and the beneficiaries.
• Provide quality and personalized one-stop information services for clients and community stakeholders.
• Support training of befrienders to strengthen and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
