The Opportunity

The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our participants have an excellent experience while attending our Executive Education programs. You will make sure the program logistics – from online meeting links to bedrooms – are organized and ready, and own the communication with participants to provide all relevant information – from welcome pack to final certificate – throughout the program.

Your ability to be well organized and work closely with multiple Project Managers to work on different clients is key. You will also be expected to become proficient at our delivery technologies for online programs and to work efficiently on internal systems such as Salesforce, Opera and Monday.com.
