Project Coordinator

Full-time, regular position located in Calgary, Alberta.

Eligible candidates should possess experience with project coordination and estimating in the construction industry, understand supplier relationship dynamics, and have good knowledge of our product lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractors with accurate estimates and collaborate with key suppliers and internal teams to supply the right products at the right time and place.
• Analyze project requirements, scope, and objectives to ensure efficient and profitable management.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet project requirements.
• Maintain rigorous control over purchase orders—including documentation, communication, fulfillment, and billing.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
