Develop, implement, analyze and maintain comprehensive, integrated project schedules and cost baselines predicated on through analysis of project requirements by applying advanced project controls and business system techniques.
Maintains project controls by performing training, auditing, and assisting the project control team with estimating, forecasting costs, schedules, and labor.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop, implement, analyze and maintain critical path method logic diagrams that require critical path analysis for time and resource management of manpower, or equipment or facilities.
+ Perform complex analysis and summarize data to validate project control parameters with consideration given to performance, reliability, maintainability and cost/schedule control criteria.
+ Evaluate changes in procedures or system design and communicate recommended solutions to management.
