Project Controller

We are busy tendering on a contract and are in need of a Project Controller to be based in Melkbos, Cape Town. The role is for approximately 15 months.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties:

1. Compiles, distributes, and files minutes, notes, actions, and updated issues lists from the meeting.
2. Distributes minutes from the previous meeting with the agenda and issues list for the planned meeting.
3. Validates all minutes as a true representation of what was discussed.
4. Facilitates the planning of meeting content in line with current issue priorities and importance as a focus area.
5. Distributes relevant documentation to action leads for review and update.
6. Arranges meetings and prepares the agenda.
7. Maintains a database capable of supporting the information management of issue status and actions under discussion.
