**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for a **PROJECT CONTROLLER** based in **Sao Paulo** to be responsible for ensuring optimal financial performance in construction and development projects. This includes overseeing CAPEX, DEVEX, managing key contracts, and effectively controlling cash flow. The role is pivotal in aligning financial objectives with project goals, ensuring compliance, and maximizing return on investment.
**What challenges will you face?**
- Consolidating data from various departments to produce monthly and quarterly reports, including:
- CAPEX Reporting (actuals vs. forecast management)
- Contingency Control
- S&U Reporting (actuals vs. forecast management)
- Main Contracts Control
- Preparing monthly financial presentations and performance indicators.
- Developing reports on demand as requested by stakeholders (Execution, Development, Finance, etc.).
