Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of ‘Project Officer’)

The appointee will provide a wide variety of administrative support to the Sports Medicine Team and will work in the general office at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin. Duties include (a) organisingsports and community events, include co-ordinating with vendors, planning logistics, managing budget, overseeing event staff, and arranging all details that help an event succeed; (b) providing full range of secretarial and administrative support to the council members of a sports association; (c) providing administrative support to postgraduate programmes and certificate courses; (d) co-ordinating academic conferences and seminars; and (e) performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s). Working beyond office hours or at weekends will be required occasionally.
