You will report to the project manager. You will provide administrative support to both the project lead and the project manager. You will also be responsible for managing site operations and following up on various tasks and information compilations.

Salary : $55,000 to $65,000, depending on your profile and experience.

• Follow up on data to be collected on construction sites;
• Export data for the project manager;
• Prepare necessary forms for operations;
• Manage and update the Add E link project application;
• Format, proofread documents, write letters;
• Support certain operations related to project billing;
• Manage purchase orders;
• Meet tight deadlines and set priorities;
• Perform any other related tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
