Position Summary
The Project Assistant is responsible for supporting internal project leadership to ensure the successful execution of engineering-related projects throughout the full project lifecycle. This role assists with client communication, project financial health, scheduling systems, and administrative coordination. By organizing team deliverables, maintaining documentation, and supporting reporting and planning efforts, the Project Assistant helps drive consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in project execution while ensuring alignment with budget and schedule requirements.
