About the Role :

We are seeking a highly capable Project Architect – Coordination Lead to anchor the seamless execution of our projects. This role is central to our studio—bridging design, technical detailing, consultants, and on-site execution. You will be responsible for ensuring clarity, consistency, and coordination across all stages of a project.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Lead coordination across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines

2) Oversee and align all drawing packages:

3) Schematic Planning

4) Detailed Drawings (MEP, working drawings)

5) Interior Drawings & Render Outputs

6) Facade / Exterior Development

7) Review drawings for accuracy, conflicts, and buildability

8) Interface with consultants, PMCs, contractors, and clients
