Job Summary

Supports project manager by collecting data, preparing reports, monitoring project schedules and deliverables. Also supports in definition of requirements, system configuration, conducting testing and training activities.

Key Accountabilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Assisting in collecting, cleaning, and visualizing data to generate insights for project performance, including creating reports and presentations in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Project Coordination: Supporting daily project tasks, maintaining documentation, and updating project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaboration: Working with technical and business teams, aiding in stakeholder communication, traning sessions and preparing for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
