Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, including project claims and submissions.
- Maintain and update project costing records, budgets, and expenditure tracking.
- Organize, manage, and maintain project documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and administrative documents as required.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Support project teams with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
