Job Description

Manage current programs & new projects to completion: categorically from initiation to customer fulfilment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve projects milestones and deliverables to meet or exceed customers’ requirements and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Provide support for day-to-day operations and shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve delivery commitments and meet customers' scorecards, On Time Delivery targets, and inventory goals.
