Incumbent will be a member of the Project Management Team responsible for all aspects of the project support administrative and staffing resources for a new major Joint Venture Project to develop, implement and monitor all project administration and HR related policies and procedures.

• Acts as a trusted business advisor within the JV organization with frequent interactions with project management on related project issues contributing to the development of company initiatives.
• Plays a key role in developing, administering and communicating policies and procedures for new JV office.
