Job Summary
System One is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to support multiple projects and ensure accurate billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting for a client in the Tulsa area. This role works closely with project leadership and may assist with training and mentoring accounting staff.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process and review vendor/subcontractor invoices
+ Prepare and reconcile client billings
+ Review pay applications, contracts, and documentation
+ Perform job cost reconciliations and resolve variances
+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews
+ Maintain documentation in a paperless system
+ Assist with payroll and general accounting support
