Job Description
Overview
In this role you will be responsible for overall financial management of projects throughout their lifecycle by ensuring proper set up, maintenance, invoicing, project closure and documentation in accordance with the contractual requirements, IFRS and BluMetricβs controls, policies and practices.
Responsibilities
- Accounting management of a portfolio of projects including:
- Ensuring each project is setup in the accounting system (Deltek Vantage Point, and CRM) in accordance with the client contract and IFRS 15 requirements.
- Updating project information for contract changes.
- Collaborating with Project Managers to accurately generate Customer invoices.
- Ensuring timely project close out procedures.
- Conduct monthly project performance review with Project Managers and Accounting team regarding work in progress, project status, budgets, provisions and percentage of completion analys...
