Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Accountant to support the financial administration of construction projects in Highland, Indiana. This role partners closely with project teams to keep contract records current, manage customer billing, and maintain accurate cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting knowledge, confidence working with project documentation, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers.


Responsibilities:

• Partner with Project Managers and support personnel to review contract documents, process revisions, and keep project records aligned with approved changes.

• Record change requests in the accounting system and maintain accurate, current cost details for assigned construction projects.
