JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Maintain financial control over security systems and managed services projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.
2. Monitor project costs, commitments, variations, and margins to ensure profitability.
3. Prepare monthly project financial reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
4. Coordinate with Project Managers on cost control, revenue recognition, and project performance.
5. Manage project billing, including progress invoices, AMC billing, variations, and final accounts.
6. Track contract values, change orders, and ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with IFRS.
