PeaceHealth is seeking a Proj Mgr Sr - Design and Construction for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The position will be on-site supporting our Bellingham Washington location. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $55.98 – $83.96. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
**Job Summary**
Accountable for the successful development and delivery of new construction and renovation projects. Ultimately responsible for ensuring that project budgets, schedules, scope and quality expectations are met. The Senior Project Manager works in close collaboration with internal partners including Facilities, Finance, Project Controls, Supply Chain, IT, Legal and clinical leadership – as well as external architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
