Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and logistical support for training programmes, seminars, and events
Handle course coordination, including registration, materials preparation, and setup
Manage vendors, suppliers, and travel arrangements
Process invoicing, payments, and maintain accurate records
Monitor programme progress, including participation and expenses
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery

Requirements:
Diploma holder
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Adaptable and willing to learn
Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese delegates)
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Duration/ Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
